Changing your mind

For an online order, tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods if you wish to cancel. You do not need to give a reason. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. You may notify us before delivery.

How to tell us

Email info.m2xecom@gmail.com, use our contact form, or use the return service at account.tambou.shop. Include your name, order number and contact email. You may write: “I cancel my order [number] for [items], ordered on [date], received on [date].”

Returning goods

Contact us for return instructions and the appropriate return address. Tambou covers return postage under our store policy; contact us before paying for postage so we can arrange it. There is no restocking fee. Keep proof of posting and pack items safely. You may examine the goods as you would in a shop; unnecessary handling that reduces their value may affect the refund.

Refunds

We refund the eligible amount to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them. If you cancel the whole order, the original standard delivery charge, if any, is also refunded. A more expensive delivery option chosen by you is not refunded beyond standard delivery.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights are separate from the 14-day cancellation period. Contact us with your order number and a description. We will provide a remedy required by the applicable law.
